Job Responsibilities

• Support Achievement of profitability and revenue targets

• Build strong and productive relationship with stakeholders at all levels in the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Technical referral support to the team and identified stakeholders
• Develop and implement overall service level agreements to ensure excellent service is provided
• Ensure that business is underwritten to the required standards
• Use analytical and problem solving skills to organize and analyse data, to inform business / function decisions.
• Implement, administer and report to relevant stakeholders on Underwriting strategies and objectives.
• Ensure all relevant regulatory requirements are met
• Support, Design and/or deliver assigned projects in-line with project scope, timelines and standards.

Education

• Experience and knowledge of the Agricultural Sector – External changes and Understanding of key stakeholder groups

Experiences

• Minimum 5 year’s experience in Insurance Underwriting
• Track record of taking ownership of own development

• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong planning and organising, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with internal & external customers & partners.
