About the Role
This is a wide-ranging position that will give exposure to all forms of marketing.
The role-holder will be a passionate and energetic champion of great customer-led marketing activity and is required to develop outstanding work that moves the brand forward in a very positive way.
Job Responsibilities
- [i]Lead the activation of key sponsorships, including FBD Semple Stadium, Tipperary GAA, Rás Tailteann, and the FBD Connacht League.
- Support the Agri Marketing Manager in developing and delivering the annual FBD and FBD Trust event plan aligned to business KPIs.
- Enhance FBD’s brand presence across events, conferences, award ceremonies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all events and propose improvements or strategic changes as required.
- Maintain proactive and consistent communication with key stakeholders across FBD and FBD Trust.
- Develop and manage the PR, social and communications plan to amplify the FBD brand externally and champion the events programme internally.
- Contribute to a cohesive content strategy across all social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity, messaging, and core business objectives.
- Ensure best‑in‑class point‑of‑sale materials across all 34 sales offices, both internally and externally.
- Support the wider marketing team with day‑to‑day operational tasks including invoicing, research, logistics, and risk management.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, high‑value work that elevates the brand.
- Manage budgets and agency relationships effectively, ensuring full compliance with procurement policies.
- Maintain a strong focus on measurement and effectiveness across all marketing activities and budgets, taking data‑driven actions to maximise return on investment.
Job Responsibilities
Education
- Will ideally have a degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
Experiences
- Full drivers licence.
- 1 years+ experience in a similar role, experience does not have to be limited to Financial Services sectors.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence those around them.
