Job Overview

The purpose of this role is to plan, coordinate and support activities related to business readiness, education and adoption across multiple IT and Change projects.

This role will work closely with all business areas ensuring the business are prepared for the changes and provide support immediately post implementation of the change.

The role can be based either in the Mullingar Call Centre OR Dublin 12 - Head Office 

Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Business Change Manager, the individual will be responsible for providing  support to project and business as usual operational business readiness programmes.
  • Support the Business Change Manager and Business Change Lead in developing effective and appropriate change plans and deliverables in conjunction with the business and project/programme team.
  • Change activities will include, amongst others: communication plans, impact analysis, scheduling, training and engagement materials, training needs analysis, go-live readiness plans, user acceptance groups and post implementation monitoring.
  • Preparing, scheduling, co-ordinating and facilitating requirements gathering sessions including reviewing & assessing the current state and developing and prioritising the requirements for the future state.
  • Assist in defining the problem to be solved and ensure that the documented requirements reflect the best solution to achieve success in line with the project goals.

Experiences

3 years’ experience working within the Financial Services Sector  ​​​​​​​

Competencies

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise key activities
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills, particularly when explaining the vision and key messages of business readiness activities.
  • Creative thinker and problem-solver, with the ability to translate ideas into actions and outcomes
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a key requirement
  • Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative and change orientated, with the ability to influence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated record in building working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative to meet personal and departmental targets
