Job Overview
Document Management Services
- Responsible for the incoming/outgoing and distributing of all post
- Processing invoices for internal/external vendors
- Processing of bulk scanning & scanning from Sales Offices & Head Office Business Units
- Monitoring multiple mailboxes and finalising various queries
- Monitoring the TIA Credit List daily and liaise with all internal departments
- Assisting with monthly/quarterly duties
- Assisting with queries from internal and external customers
- Ad hoc duties as required

- Liaising with various areas of the business
- Ensuring internal controls are applied appropriately
- Supporting internal and external customers to agreed service levels
- Adhere to all CBI legalisation and the Consumer Protection code regulations

Education
Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Experiences
1-3 years’ experience in a busy office environment or similar role is essential.
Competencies
- Ability to provide excellent service to all customers and meet deadlines, as required
- Strong team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills in building working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Previous administration experience is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent punctuality and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with a disciplined approach to tasks/duties
- Computer skills mandatory with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
