Job Overview

  • You will be product and portfolio owner for Agri products (Farm & Agri Motor ) assuming interest and developing perspective of all aspects of product in portfolio affecting, pricing, customer outcomes and growth.
  • You will ensure that Agri products are suitable to meet the needs of our customers and are compliant in all aspects.
  • You will lead Underwriting Product Oversight and Governance implementation across Agri Product suite.
  • You will be a lead contributor to annual budgeting / strategy / initiative planning.
  • You will utilise and develop MI to ensure, performance and outcomes are being tracked and acted upon.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will manage acceptance criteria within the boundaries of Underwriting governance framework to support achievement of business strategy.
  • You will supervise the control environment in Agri underwriting ensuring quality standards are achieved and championing improvement and efficiencies.
  • Support underwriting teams with clear portfolio plans, and with quality underwriting and risk appetite guidance.  
  • You will collaborate with internal and key external stakeholders to achieve portfolio objectives.
  • You will be required to understand current and future agricultural needs, trends, and requirements to position the portfolio into the future.

Job Responsibilities

Education

  • Achieved a professional insurance qualification or Degree level Qualifications.
  • management and marketing of Insurance products.

Experiences

A minimum of 3 years management / Senior leadership experience in the Insurance Industry with deep understanding of principles of portfolio
